Chris joined the Harrisburg office in January 2011 and has diligently served our clients’ needs ever since. He has represented both individuals and bargaining units in all aspects of collective bargaining, grievance and contract arbitration, unfair labor practices, and disability cases under the Heart & Lung Act and Workers’ Compensation Act. These areas of practice have allowed Chris to present cases before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board, Pennsylvania trial and Appellate Courts, Administrative Judges and myriad arbitrators.
In addition to representing police and correctional officers bargaining units across the Commonwealth, Chris serves as Solicitor to two non-profit organizations: the Pennsylvania State Police – Historical, Educational and Memorial Center (PSP-HEMC) and the Bobby Wilt Foundation. Chris is also a part-time municipal police officer for the Millcreek Township Police Department in Lebanon County.
Prior to coming to Welby, Stoltenberg, Cimballa & Cook, LLC, Chris was a County Detective and Deputy District Attorney for the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office. He is a 2006 graduate of the Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, and a 2003 graduate of Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania.
