Attorney Cimballa represents clients in matters relating to collective bargaining, grievances, and labor arbitration. He has extensive experience in the litigation of disability cases arising under the Workers Compensation Act, Heart and Lung Act as well as Acts 534 and 632. Mr. Cimballa received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College in 2000 where he majored in History, and his law degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2005.
Attorney Cimballa is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 he was named a “Pennsylvania Rising Star” in the area of Workers Compensation Law by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, a publication of Philadelphia Magazine.
