Attorney Blynn is a graduate of Temple University Law School. Before coming to Welby, Stoltenberg, Cimballa & Cook, LLC in 2002, he served as a judicial law clerk in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County and worked in several labor-oriented law firms representing the rights of workers. Attorney Blynn is experienced in the handling of grievance and interest arbitrations, administrative proceedings before the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and all aspects of civil litigation. He specializes in the handling of disability cases for claimants under the Workers’ Compensation Act, Heart and Lung Act and pension statutes.
Attorney Blynn is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts.
